1. Product Introduction
HP-303 automotive component surface polyurea decorative material is a two-component polyurea elastomer. Its main components include amino-terminated polyether,
chain extender, and semi-prepolymer. It is spray-applied using specialized equipment and features fast curing, high hardness, and excellent wear resistance.
Spraying produces a uniform, full-grained surface.

6. Storage and Transportation
Store the paint in a sealed container in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area, away from sunlight and rain, and away from sources of ignition.
Under the original packaging and specified storage conditions, this product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production. After the shelf life has expired,
it may be inspected according to the specifications specified in this product standard. If it meets the technical requirements, it may still be used. Use as soon as possible
after opening. Reseal and store when not in use.
This product does not contain organic solvents and can be transported as non-hazardous goods. During transportation, avoid exposure to rain and sunlight, and
avoid violent collisions. Materials must be stacked neatly and stably, and comply with relevant transportation regulations.
7. Application Conditions
Surface Requirements: The surface must be clean, repaired, and polished to a certain degree of roughness. It must meet the permitted strength for application and
have a moisture content of less than 6%. After the base surface is prepared, the next process should be carried out as soon as possible.
Ambient Temperature and Humidity Requirements: The application temperature should be between 5°C and 35°C, with the base surface temperature
at least 5°C above the dew point. The humidity range should be between 30% and 80%.
Ventilation: Maintain ventilation during application, but avoid strong winds.
8. Coating Methods and Requirements
Before application, components A and B of the coating should be mixed separately and thoroughly. If conditions permit, stirring during application is recommended.
A:B = 1:1 (volume ratio). The addition of thinner is not permitted.
Application must be performed by a professional construction team using professional spray equipment. The material temperature should be controlled
between 50°C and 80°C during spraying.
Generally, the next process can be carried out 12 hours after coating. If the interval between applications exceeds 12 hours, a coat of modified polyurethane bonding
agent (HP-115) must be applied before application. If inclement weather such as rain occurs after painting, a modified polyurethane bonding agent (HP-115)
must be applied before proceeding to the next step.
Under normal circumstances, the paint film should be cured for at least 7 days after painting to ensure optimal performance.
9. Recommended Dosage
Under normal circumstances, the theoretical dosage for a 1mm thick film is 1.2kg/m². The amount of material required for a "heavy" decorative effect should be
determined based on actual conditions.
10. Labor Protection and Safety
During application, please wear work clothes, gloves, a gas mask, and other protective equipment. Avoid inhaling paint mist and skin contact with the paint.
If paint splashes on skin, immediately rinse with an appropriate detergent, soap, and plenty of water. If splashes come into contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly
with water and seek medical attention immediately.
Under normal application conditions, the dry coating is non-toxic. Please use with confidence.
11. Precautions
