1. Product Introduction
HP-211 spray-applied polyurea high-performance waterproof coating is an elastic polyurethane material spray-applied on-site using specialized equipment, primarily
composed of semi-prepolymers, polyethers, and chain extenders. This material is solvent-free and pollution-free, making it easy to apply. It produces a continuous,
dense, seamless coating with high strength, abrasion resistance, and excellent physical and chemical properties and stability.
2. Product Features
It cures quickly and can be applied continuously on any curved, vertical, or top surface without sagging, resulting in a dense, seamless coating.
It is easy to apply and highly efficient, achieving the desired thickness (from hundreds of microns to several centimeters) in a single application.
It is insensitive to moisture and humidity, and is unaffected by ambient temperature and humidity during application.
It is 100% solids and VOC-free, making it environmentally friendly.
It is also heavy metal-free and environmentally friendly.
It offers excellent physical and chemical properties and excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates.

4. Scope of Application
Waterproofing of large-scale construction projects such as railways, bridges, tunnels, and water conservancy dams;
Integrated waterproofing and thermal insulation of new and existing roofs, floors, and underground spaces in military, civil, factory, and municipal buildings;
Waterproofing of structures such as water parks, artificial waterways, artificial lakes, and landscape ponds;
Waterproofing and collision protection for automobiles and boats; Waterproofing and collision protection for offshore equipment such as buoys and indicator lights;

5. Packaging Specifications

HP-211 A (curing agent): 220kg

6. Storage and Transportation
Store the paint in a sealed container in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area, away from sunlight and rain, and away from sources of ignition.
Under the original packaging and specified storage conditions, this product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production. After the shelf life has expired,
it may be inspected according to the specifications specified in this product standard. If it meets the technical requirements, it may still be used. After opening,
use as soon as possible. Reseal and store when not in use.
This product does not contain organic solvents and can be transported as non-hazardous goods. During transportation, avoid exposure to rain and sunlight,
and avoid violent collisions. Materials should be stacked neatly and stably, and comply with relevant transportation regulations.
7. Construction Conditions
Surface Requirements: The concrete surface should be cleaned, repaired, and polished to a certain degree of roughness. Ensure that the concrete is fully cured,
with a strength of C25 or higher and a moisture content below 6%. After the base surface is prepared, proceed to the next process as soon as possible.
Ambient Temperature and Humidity Requirements: The construction environment temperature should be between 5°C and 35°C, with the base surface temperature
at least 5°C above the dew point. The humidity range should be between 30% and 80%.
Ventilation: Maintain ventilation during construction, but avoid strong winds.
8. Painting Methods and Requirements
Before application, mix components A and B separately. If conditions permit, stirring is recommended during application.
HP-211 A (curing agent): HP-211 B (base paint) = 1:1 (volume ratio). Do not add thinner.
Application must be performed by a professional construction team using professional spray equipment. The material temperature should be controlled between
50°C and 80°C during spraying.
Generally, the next process can be carried out 12 hours after painting. If the interval between applications exceeds 24 hours, a modified polyurethane bonding agent
must be applied before application. If the paint is applied in inclement weather such as rain, a modified polyurethane bonding agent must be applied before the next step.
Under normal circumstances, the paint film should be cured for at least 7 days after application to ensure optimal performance.
9. Recommended Dosage
Under normal circumstances, the theoretical dosage for a 2mm thick film is 2.4kg/m².
10. Labor Protection and Safety
Before use, carefully read the product instructions and warning labels on the packaging and container, and familiarize yourself with the application methods and requirements.
Open flames, welding, smoking, and any other unspecified activities are prohibited at the construction site. Application must be carried out under well-ventilated conditions.
This product is a solvent-free, environmentally friendly paint, but spraying can produce aerosols due to high pressure. Wear a respirator and other protective equipment
during application. Avoid inhaling paint mist and skin contact. If paint splashes on skin, immediately rinse with an appropriate detergent, soap, and plenty of water.
If splashes come into contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately.
Under normal application conditions, the dried coating is non-toxic. Please use with confidence.
