1. Product Introduction
HP-131 Modified Polyurethane Intercoat Bonding Agent is a two-component polyurethane coating. It is used to improve the adhesion between new and existing polyurea
coatings, and can also be used to improve the adhesion between polyurea and polyurea topcoats.

When used in conjunction with polyurea materials, it effectively promotes adhesion between polyurea layers.

This product is used as a companion material for spray polyurea coatings, used to bridge the gap between new and old polyurea layers during application.
It can also be used as a bonding agent to enhance adhesion between polyurea layers and topcoats. If this product is intended for use on other substrates,

5. Packaging Specifications
Iron Drum Packaging:
HP-131A: 15 kg;
HP-131B: 5 kg.
6. Storage and Transportation
Store the paint in a sealed container in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area, away from sunlight and rain, and away from sources of ignition.
Under the original packaging and specified storage conditions, this product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production.
Use as soon as possible after opening. Reseal and store when not in use.
Avoid violent impact during transportation. Materials should be stacked neatly and stably.
7. Application Conditions
Substrate Requirements: The polyurea surface must be clean and free of dust, other debris, and moisture. If conditions permit, use HP-180 thinner to clean the polyurea surface.
After preparing the surface, proceed to the next step as soon as possible.
Ambient Temperature and Humidity Requirements: The application temperature should be between 5°C and 35°C, with the substrate temperature at least 5°C above the
dew point. The humidity range should be between 30% and 80%.
Ventilation: Maintain ventilation during application, but avoid strong winds.
8. Coating Methods and Requirements
8.1 Mix components A and B separately before application.
8.2 HP-131A:HP-131B = 3:1 (weight ratio). Accurately weigh the ingredients according to the ratio. After mixing, stir manually or mechanically for 3-5 minutes until
thoroughly mixed before use.
8.3 The mixed material should be used within 60 minutes. An appropriate amount of thinner may be added depending on site conditions. The material can be applied by
roller or brush.
8.4 Generally, the next process can be carried out 24 hours after application. If the interval between applications exceeds 48 hours, a re-application of the bonding agent
is required before application. If the coating is exposed to inclement weather such as rain after application, the bonding agent needs to be reapplied.
9. Recommended Dosage
Under normal circumstances, the recommended usage of this product is 0.1-0.15 kg/m².
10. Labor Protection and Safety
Before use, carefully read the product instructions and warning labels on the packaging and container, and familiarize yourself with the application method.
Open flames, welding, smoking, and any other unspecified activities are prohibited at the construction site. Application must be carried out under well-ventilated conditions.
The paint contains organic solvents. Wear a gas mask and other protective equipment during application. Do not inhale paint mist and avoid skin contact with the paint.
If paint splashes on skin, immediately rinse with an appropriate detergent, soap, and plenty of water. If it splashes into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek
medical attention immediately.
Under normal application conditions, the dry coating is non-toxic. Please use with confidence.
