1. Product Introduction
HP-221 spray polyurea anti-corrosion coating is an elastic polyurea material formulated using semi-prepolymers, polyethers, and chain extenders. It is spray-applied
on-site using specialized equipment. This product improves upon existing polyurea waterproof coatings, offering enhanced corrosion protection while also possessing
excellent mechanical properties and waterproofing.

Workshop floors, storage tanks, neutralization tanks, drainage ditches, and other applications in the chemical, petroleum, and petrochemical industries;
Structures such as landfills, sewage treatment tanks, and exhaust gas filtration towers;
Corrosion and wear protection for production workshop and warehouse floors;
Steel structures such as metal pipelines, bridges, and ship decks.

6. Storage and Transportation
Store the paint in a sealed container in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area, away from sunlight and rain, and away from sources of ignition.
In original packaging and under specified storage conditions, this product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production. After the shelf life has expired,
the product may be inspected according to the specifications specified in this product standard. If it meets the technical requirements, it may still be used.
Please use as soon as possible after opening. Reseal and store when not in use.
This product does not contain organic solvents and can be transported as non-hazardous goods. During transportation, avoid exposure to rain and sunlight,
and avoid violent collisions. Materials should be stacked neatly and stably, and comply with relevant transportation regulations.
7. Application Conditions
Substrate Requirements: The concrete surface should be clean, repaired, leveled, and polished to a certain degree of roughness. Ensure that the concrete has been
fully cured, reaching a strength of C25 or higher, and a moisture content of less than 6%. After preparing the surface, proceed to the next step as soon as possible.
Ambient Temperature and Humidity Requirements: The application temperature should be between 5°C and 35°C, with the surface temperature at least 5°C above
the dew point. The humidity should be between 30% and 80%.
Ventilation: Maintain good ventilation during application, but avoid strong winds.
8. Coating Methods and Requirements
Parts A and B of the coating should be mixed thoroughly before use. If conditions permit, stirring during application is recommended.
The ratio of A:B should be 1:1 (volume ratio). No thinners are allowed.
Application must be performed by a professional construction team using specialized spray equipment. The material temperature during spraying should be controlled
between 50°C and 80°C.
Generally, the next process can be carried out 12 hours after painting. If the interval between applications exceeds 24 hours, a coat of modified polyurethane bridging
agent (HP-115) must be applied before painting. If inclement weather such as rain occurs after painting, a coat of modified polyurethane bridging agent (HP-115)
must be applied before the next process.
Under normal circumstances, the paint film should be cured for at least 7 days after painting to ensure optimal performance.
9. Recommended Dosage
Under normal circumstances, the theoretical dosage for a 2mm thick film is 2.4kg/m².
10. Labor Protection and Safety
Before use, carefully read the product instructions and warning labels on the packaging container and familiarize yourself with the application methods and requirements.
Open flames, welding, smoking, and other unauthorized activities are prohibited at the construction site. Application must be performed under well-ventilated conditions.
This product is a solvent-free, environmentally friendly paint. However, high pressure during spray application will produce aerosols. Therefore, please wear a respirator
and other protective equipment during application. Do not inhale paint mist and avoid skin contact. If paint splashes on skin, immediately rinse with an appropriate
detergent, soap, and plenty of water. If paint splashes into eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately.
Under normal application conditions, the dried coating is non-toxic. Please use with confidence.
