1. Product Introduction
HP-122 Elastic Middle Coat Putty is a polyurethane-based, high-solids coating. It can be applied thinly or thickly, exhibiting exceptional flexibility. It can be used in
conjunction with putty powder depending on site conditions and is generally suitable for soft substrates.
2. Product Features
The paint film offers high elasticity and good resilience, making it particularly suitable for use on elastic substrates.
The high solids content allows for thick application, with a single application thickness of up to 1mm.
It cures quickly and offers excellent physical properties.
3. Applications
It is particularly suitable for use on elastic substrates such as polyurethane foam, EVA, and foam substrates. It can also be used as an elastic filler for expansion joints in
concrete.

6. Storage and Transportation
Store the paint in a sealed container in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area. Avoid exposure to sunlight and rain, and keep away from sources of ignition.
Under the original packaging and specified storage conditions, this product has a shelf life of 6 months from the date of production.
Use as soon as possible after opening. Reseal and store when not in use.
Avoid violent impact during transportation. Stack the materials neatly and stably.
7. Construction Conditions
Substrate Requirements: The concrete surface must be cleaned, repaired, leveled, and polished to a desired roughness. Ensure that the concrete has been fully cured,
has a strength of C25 or higher, and has a moisture content of less than 6%. After surface preparation, proceed to the next step as soon as possible.
Ambient Temperature and Humidity Requirements: The construction environment temperature should be between 5°C and 35°C, with the surface temperature at least
5°C above the dew point. The humidity should be between 30% and 80%.
Ventilation: Maintain good ventilation during application, but avoid strong winds.
8. Coating Methods and Requirements
Mix components A and B separately before application.
HP-122A (base paint): HP-122B (curing agent) = 2:1 (weight ratio). Accurately weigh the ingredients according to the ratio and mechanically stir for 2-3 minutes to
thoroughly mix before use. It can be combined with putty powder as needed.
The material should be mixed and used immediately based on the site conditions, using less material and more material. The mixed material should be used within
30 minutes and can be applied by roller or scraper.
Generally, the next step can be performed after the coating is completely dry.
9. Recommended Dosage
Under normal circumstances, the typical usage rate for this product is 0.3-0.4 kg/m², depending on the site.
10. Labor Protection and Safety
During application, please wear work clothes, gloves, a gas mask, and other protective equipment. Avoid inhaling paint mist and skin contact with the paint. If paint
splashes on skin, immediately rinse with an appropriate detergent, soap, and plenty of water. If it splashes into eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical
attention immediately.
Under normal application conditions, the dried coating is non-toxic. Please use with confidence.
