6. Storage and Transportation
Store the paint in a sealed container in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area, away from sunlight and rain, and away from sources of ignition.
Under the original packaging and specified storage conditions, this product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production.
Use as soon as possible after opening. Reseal and store when not in use.
Avoid violent impact during transportation. Stack the materials neatly and stably.
7. Application Conditions
Surface Requirements: The wood surface must be clean and free of dust, other debris, and moisture. Sandpaper should be used as necessary to remove rough surfaces
such as sawdust. Surface defects and holes should be filled and smoothed with putty.
Once the surface is prepared, proceed to the next step as soon as possible.
Ambient Temperature and Humidity Requirements: The application temperature should be between 5°C and 35°C, with the substrate temperature at least 5°C above the
dew point. The humidity range should be between 30% and 80%.
Ventilation: Maintain ventilation during application, but avoid strong winds.
8. Coating Methods and Requirements
Parts A and B of the coating should be mixed thoroughly before application.
HP-113A:HP-113B = 3:1 (weight ratio).
Accurately weigh the ingredients according to the proportions. After mixing, stir manually or mechanically for 3-5 minutes until thoroughly mixed before use.
The mixed materials should be used within 60 minutes. An appropriate amount of thinner may be added depending on site conditions. The coating can be applied by
roller or brush.
Generally, the next step can be performed 12 hours after application. If the interval between applications exceeds 48 hours, a fresh coat of primer is required before
application. If inclement weather such as rain occurs after application, a fresh coat of primer is required.
9. Recommended Dosage
Under normal circumstances, the recommended usage of this product is 0.1-0.15 kg/m².
10. Labor Protection and Safety
During application, please wear work clothes, gloves, a respirator, and other protective equipment. Do not inhale paint mist and avoid skin contact with the paint. If paint
splashes on skin, immediately rinse with an appropriate detergent, soap, and plenty of water. If it splashes into eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical
attention immediately.
Under normal application conditions, the dried coating is non-toxic. Please use with confidence.
