1. Product Introduction
HP-111 Concrete Polyurea Primer is a solvent-based, two-component coating based on epoxy resin. It offers excellent penetration, strong adhesion to concrete,
and excellent bonding with spray-applied polyurea. It is a primer specifically developed for spray-applied polyurea coatings. This product can also be mixed with
powder and quartz sand for surface repair and leveling.
2. Product Features
Low viscosity and strong penetration provide excellent adhesion to concrete.
Excellent sealing properties effectively isolate moisture, reducing polyurea bubbling and surface pinhole formation.
Chemically bonds with polyurea, achieving a good bond between concrete and polyurea.
3. Technical parameters

4. Scope of Application
As a companion material for spray polyurea coatings, this product can be used to treat both new and existing concrete surfaces, such as those found on bridges,
workshops, and playgrounds. If this product is intended for use on other substrates, please consult with Huapo's technical engineers.

5. Packaging Specifications
Iron Drum Packaging:
HP-111A (Base Paint): 16 kg;
HP-111B (Curing Agent): 4 kg.
6. Storage and Transportation
Store the paint in a sealed container in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area, away from sunlight and rain, and away from sources of ignition.
Under the original packaging and specified storage conditions, this product has a shelf life of 6 months from the date of production.
Use promptly after opening. Reseal and store when not in use.
Avoid violent impact during transportation. Materials should be stacked neatly and stably.
7. Construction Conditions
Surface Requirements: The concrete surface should be cleaned, repaired, leveled, and ground to a desired roughness. Ensure that the concrete has been fully cured,
has a strength of C25 or higher, and has a moisture content below 6%. After the surface is properly prepared, proceed to the next step as soon as possible.
Ambient Temperature and Humidity Requirements: The application temperature should be between 5°C and 35°C, with the substrate temperature at least 5°C above
the dew point. The humidity range should be between 30% and 80%.
Ventilation: Maintain ventilation during application, but avoid strong winds.
8. Coating Methods and Requirements
8.1 Mix components A and B separately before use. Precipitation of component A is normal; thoroughly disperse the components before use.
8.2 HP-111A (base paint): HP-111B (curing agent) = 4:1 (weight ratio). Accurately weigh the ingredients according to the ratio. After mixing, stir manually or mechanically
for 3-5 minutes until thoroughly mixed before use.
8.3 The mixed material should be used within 30 minutes. Addition of thinner is not permitted. Application may be by roller or brush.
8.4 Generally, the primer should be allowed to dry for 3 hours before proceeding to the next step. If the interval between applications exceeds 24 hours, a fresh coat of
primer is required before reapplying. If inclement weather such as rain occurs after painting, a fresh coat of primer is required.
8.5 When using with quartz sand (or powder), the amount of quartz sand (or powder) can be adjusted based on site conditions. The general amount is 1-1.5 of the total
paint volume.
9. Recommended Dosage
Under normal circumstances, the recommended usage of this product is 0.15-0.25 kg/m². When using with quartz sand (or powder), the recommended usage is 0.3-1 kg/m².
10. Labor Protection and Safety
Before use, carefully read the product instructions and warning labels on the packaging and container, and familiarize yourself with the application method.
Open flames, welding, smoking, and any other unspecified activities are prohibited at the construction site. Application must be carried out under well-ventilated conditions.
The paint contains organic solvents. Wear a gas mask and other protective equipment during application. Avoid inhaling paint mist and avoid skin contact with the paint.
If paint splashes on skin, immediately rinse with an appropriate detergent, soap, and plenty of water. If it splashes into eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical
attention immediately.
Under normal application conditions, the dried coating is non-toxic. Please use with confidence.
