1. Product Introduction
HP-121 Concrete Polyurea Putty is a solvent-based, high-solids coating based on epoxy resin. It is typically used with putty powder to effectively repair cracks and holes on concrete surfaces.

4. Scope of Application
It can be used for surface treatment and repair of new and old concrete, and is particularly suitable for filling holes in vertical surfaces of concrete structures.

Iron Drum Packaging:
HP-121A (Base Paint): 16 kg;
HP-121B (Curing Agent): 4 kg.
6. Storage and Transportation
Store the polyurea coating in a sealed container in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area, away from sunlight and rain, and away from sources of ignition.
Under the original packaging and specified storage conditions, this product has a shelf life of 6 months from the date of production.
Use promptly after opening. Reseal and store when not in use.
Avoid violent impact during transportation. Materials should be stacked neatly and stably.
7. Construction Conditions
Surface Requirements: The concrete surface should be cleaned, repaired, leveled, and polished to a desired roughness. Ensure that the concrete has been fully cured, has a strength of C25 or higher,
and has a moisture content below 6%. After the surface is properly prepared, proceed to the next step as soon as possible.
Ambient Temperature and Humidity Requirements: The application temperature should be between 5°C and 35°C, with the base surface temperature at least 5°C above the dew point.
The humidity range should be between 30% and 80%.
Ventilation: Maintain ventilation during application, but avoid strong winds.
8. Coating Methods and Requirements
8.1 Mix components A and B separately before use.
8.2 HP-121A (base paint): HP-121B (curing agent) = 4:1 (weight ratio). Accurately weigh the ingredients according to the proportions, mechanically stir for 2-3 minutes,
and thoroughly mix before adding putty powder. The amount of putty powder should be 0.6-0.8 times the total weight of the repair putty paint. After adding the putty powder,
mechanically stir for 3-5 minutes until thoroughly mixed before use.
8.3 The mixed materials should be used within 30 minutes. The addition of thinner is not allowed. Application is generally done by scraping.
8.4 Generally, the primer should be allowed to dry for 3 hours before the next application. This product can be applied in multiple coats according to application requirements.
The application method and requirements are the same as described above.
9. Recommended Dosage
Under normal circumstances, the recommended usage of this product is 0.3-0.4 kg/m². When mixed with putty powder, the recommended usage is 0.5-0.7 kg/m².
10. Labor Protection and Safety
Before use, carefully read the product instructions and warning labels on the packaging and container, and familiarize yourself with the application methods and requirements.
Open flames, welding, smoking, and other unspecified activities are prohibited at the construction site. Application must be carried out in well-ventilated conditions.
The paint contains organic solvents. Wear a respirator and other protective equipment during application. Avoid inhaling paint mist and skin contact. If paint splashes on skin,
immediately rinse with an appropriate detergent, soap, and plenty of water. If splashes come into contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately.
