1. Product Introduction
HP-502 slow-drying weather-resistant polyurea coating is a polyaspartic ester polyurea coating. The paint film contains no photochromic or chromogenic groups, completely avoiding the UV resistance and
yellowing shortcomings of aromatic isocyanate polymers. It is a new aliphatic, slow-reacting, high-performance coating.

It offers excellent weather resistance and is not prone to yellowing, allowing for long-term outdoor use.

6. Storage and Transportation
Store the paint in a sealed container in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area. Protect from sunlight and rain, and away from sources of ignition.
Under the original packaging and specified storage conditions, this product has a shelf life of 6 months from the date of production.
Use as soon as possible after opening. Reseal and store when not in use.
Avoid violent impact during transportation. Materials should be stacked neatly and stably.
7. Construction Conditions
Substrate Requirements: The concrete surface should be cleaned, repaired, leveled, and polished to a desired roughness. Ensure that the concrete has been fully cured, has a strength of C25 or higher, and has a
moisture content of less than 6%. After surface preparation, proceed to the next step as soon as possible.
Ambient Temperature and Humidity Requirements: The construction environment temperature should be between 5°C and 35°C, with the surface temperature at least 5°C above the dew point. The humidity
should be between 30% and 80%.
Ventilation: Maintain ventilation during application, but avoid strong winds.
8. Coating Methods and Requirements
Stir paint groups A and B separately before use.
HP-502A (curing agent): HP-502B (colorant) = 1:3 (weight ratio). Accurately weigh the ingredients according to the ratio and mechanically stir for 2-3 minutes until thoroughly mixed before use.
The mixed materials should be used within 30 minutes. Higher site temperatures shorten the product's shelf life. Smaller amounts should be used based on site conditions. Adding thinners is not permitted.
Application can be by spray, brush, or roller.
This product can be applied in multiple coats, depending on the application requirements. Generally, a second coat can be applied after the surface of the coating is dry. If used on a polyurea
base, application should begin within 12-24 hours after spraying the polyurea.
9. Recommended Dosage
Under normal circumstances, the recommended usage of this product is 0.15-0.3 kg/m2, and the coating thickness should be 0.15-0.25 mm per coat. Multiple coats can be applied to increase the film thickness,
but a single coat exceeding 0.25 mm is prohibited.
10. Labor Protection and Safety
During application, please wear work clothes, gloves, a gas mask, and other protective equipment. Do not inhale paint mist and avoid skin contact with the paint. If paint splashes on skin, immediately rinse with an appropriate detergent, soap, and plenty of water. If splashes into eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately.
Under normal application conditions, the dried coating is non-toxic. Please use with confidence.
